At Beauty Journey, we strive to create an exceptional spa experience for our valued clients. Our carefully designed policies ensure the highest standards of excellence service. We value your time, our expertise, and the trust you place in us. To ensure the highest level of service and fairness for all clients, please review the following clearly defined policies.
Scheduling Policy
At the time of scheduling, we will request credit card information to keep securely on file and request a 50% non-refundable deposit on all appointments to secure your scheduled time. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. By submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to our booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside the policy timeframes.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled from our cancellation/waiting list, which turns into a loss of revenue. Therefore, at the time of scheduling, we request a 50% deposit and ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduled appointments must be made within 1 week of current availability. If rescheduling is not possible within that time frame, the client will be required to fully cancel the appointment, and a 50% fee will be applied and processed to the card on file. If canceling after a courtesy reschedule or a repeated reschedule, a 100% charge will be applied for your scheduled service.
Repeated Reschedule Offender
Excessively repeated rescheduling offenders will be required to fully cancel the appointment and be required to pay 100% upfront to reschedule or schedule. Day prior reschedules (day prior cancellations) will be forfeiting their deposit and required to pay a new deposit of 50% to reschedule.
Products Returns or Refunds
We offer a 7-day Return Policy for unopened skincare products in their original condition. After the 7-day period, all product returns will be store credit. Products must be unused and sealed to be eligible for store credit. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. All sale and promotional items are final sale.
Gift Card Expiration
All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be returned, extended, or refunded.
Late Arrivals
Waxing clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show and will forfeit their deposit. We value punctuality and aim to provide timely, uninterrupted service to all our clients. For our facial treatment clients, treatment will still proceed but the time missed will be deducted from your service.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If cancellation or rescheduling is requested with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will result in 100% charge of the scheduled service. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the treatment room.
Day Prior Rescheduling
Day prior reschedules (day prior cancellations) will be forfeiting their deposit and required to pay a new deposit of 50% to reschedule.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Your card will be charged, and the appointment will not be rescheduled until the balance is paid in full.
Gift Cards
Treat your loved ones to a touch of luxury with our elegant physical or electronic gift cards, available in any denomination for our services and products. Please be aware that all gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Infused Facial & Age Requirements
To receive our holistic facial treatments, guests must be 21 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 must have a guardian present during the session. This policy is designed to ensure the safety and well-being of all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
