Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy: To streamline our scheduling and ensure a timely transition for our clients, we request a 50% non- refundable deposit on your scheduled appointment. This not only secures your appointment but also contributes to a smoother and quicker check-out process. Deposits are non-refundable and can ONLY be transferrable one time. Cancellation Policy: We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and commitment to all our clients. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life happens, clients are allowed to one courtesy reschedule of their appointment, if done within 7 days from your scheduled appointment. This allows us to stay in line with your treatment plan. Please note that rescheduling your appointment beyond this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Should you wish to reschedule, a new appointment will need to be made with a new deposit. Same day Cancellation / No-Show: Clients who fail to cancel 24 hours prior their scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation / No-Show fee of 100% of your scheduled service. Late Policy: All clients are required to arrive on time for their appointment as every minute counts and arriving late will result in cutting into your remaining service time. Clients that arrive more than 10 minutes late will result in a No Show and 100% fee as we cannot fulfill your service at that point. We work hard to accommodate, but sometimes it isn't possible. Please be courteous to others and arrive 5 minutes prior your appointment, so we can spend more time on YOU! Cell Phone Policy: At Beauty Journey is a place of relaxation, escape and reconnecting with YOURSELF. We have our phones silenced with you in mind and kindly ask you to do the same. Phone calls, Face Time, and Tik Tok videos may be taken outside, or listened through headphones. Rights and Responsibilities: As much as we are dedicated to your satisfaction, we kindly remind our clients that Beauty Journey reserves the right to refuse service and make decisions in the best interest of the business.
